Would you get some factual info. on the logo or motos of individual ships. I have been using the Logitech Trackball+ for about a year. For comfort and ease of handeling there isn't a better pointy thing out there,IMO. SC-Posted my review and read abunch. These guys will never stop amazing me with their BS. If you can't play a game knock it is their way of defending their inabilities. I have played the game with little or no trouble after working with this forum and applying the patches. I am really happy to know that I am considered a young inexperienced gamer, I used to program games for my daughter back in the 80's. Stone, there is a game out on the market that has all the features that you propose. Check out HOMEWORLD and see how close you are getting to this plot. These massive ships have been used in SiFi stories for years. The Dr. Savage series of the thirties had their gigaships. You will have to think out your plot very carefully before you decide to build that ship. There have been stories in which the entire planet was converted into a starship. I have messed with writing SiFi some and found that the Publishers want something that is new. Check out some of the old authors and see how they handled this end of civilization plot. RM-Since Prime Fleet was re-built, there has been a lot of random sugestions on patrols. Your PATROL #1 is probably the most workable and the less confusing to newbees. If the Wing Commanders will submit their assignment request to me (Maxamillian G3,acting,} or the Fleet Commander {Thomas Siemens}, we will be able to co-ordinate the operation. The purpose of Tactics as you know, is to keep all the Commanders from over working one area and leaving holes in others. Let me know if this will work for you, you can reach me at the e-mail address [email protected]. Keep up the good work RM,we will try to keep the Fleet from running amuck out there. When someone else picks up the job of G3 officer, you will be working with them. Any information that is gathered from these patrols will be fed into the Fleets G2 {Intelegence} sectiion so there will be not be a void of information between the two sections {G2 and G3}. While all you new young meat out there are boasting about who will kick who in the you know what, my covert-ops teams have been infiltrating all of Rattler's lairs, leaving all sorts of gifts behind. If you think that Prime will be easy pickings, then you haven't been keeping up with the RP's. There has been a lot of good fun boasting, but when the MP hits the net, there will be a lot of smoking wreckage cluttering up the spaceways. Beware the "BLACKSHIP" ------------------ Cmdr. SC-Jackie Chan is fun to watch. Great to be able to watch a movie without a message. Parias-The Wing Commander movie was enjoyable if you could forget all the characters of the game series.
