ok thanks guys, just curious, also my cpu usage is 0 percent when its idle, so nothing seems to be running I don't know of. Grayfox, yes I am using AVAST, I was watching a tech video one time and one of the "experts" recommended it as possibly the best free anti virus, so far I have not been disappointed, it's blocked viruses, exploits everything... slows down system start up of windows a bit because it scans about 600 files on startup, basically anything and everything you open. But it's ok once windows has started, and I turn it off just to be sure before playing any games. But it's better than norton to me, norton never told me when I was downloading a file BEFORE it finished downloading, that it was a virus.

ok looking at my processes, I am wondering if this is normal, some entries are duplicated. http://planet.angelfire.com/planet/cruis/ you can click on the screenshot in the lower right, or email me for a shot. I scrolled the processes and took a snapshot each time, I am more concerned about the "stuart" processes duplicated than the system or local ones. But things like CLI.EXE, RUNDLL, ASHSERV I do not have that many things running in the task bar. Only like 5 programs. Also why the need for so many SVCHOST

I think the battle is just too much for my sound card, can't keep up with 100 pta going off per second. Because the audio is fine other wise and once the battle simmers down.

well to be more specific about the movie what I liked about it. Now that I have watched it again. I think it starts with great writing especially and more so on the part of the screen play. You've got to make the "hero" out to be a hero, and this goes by his actions and words. Sure he is only a man and does some questionable(in our POV) things. Like pushing the man off the transport in the beginning. But I really liked his one liners, speaking of Mal, I thought the other characters were fairly cool but obviously didn't get enough air time to evolve as well as Mal. I liked the whole air of the situation they were in against the monstor enemy reavers who the actors really showed they were terrified of... and the whole final battle. In my opinion it didn't suffer from anything anti climatic... and I'll get it on DVD, gotta show my brother, he's a star trek fan like me and an unforgiving one, the type where if the future has money for economics then he don't like it. But to me it shows a more real vision of our future. From what people are saying that the season was different from the movie I'm not sure I want to spoil my movie memory.

I saw the movie for the first time last night. I really Liked it. The characters the story. It just all fit together good and some of the "twists". I also thought the assasin guy played his part really well.

its good. and its loud. the missions are cool. one of the interesting aspects of the missions I like in this one are the running and fighting, sometimes you running after large groups of infantry retreating and other times you retreating while fighting overwhelming forces. makes it intense!

the whole fun or extra fun in that is figuring out HOW the hell to recover that ship, and also knowing that when it comes to this game, there IS a way.

no problem. The MMO aspect of this game will set aside all my wish lists.

Because, anybody fly's anything, check it, you see Vesperon Questars, Droidan Questars, etc etc,, I am saying a military ship like the Questar should be race specific. As in Questar for Galcom, and storm carrier only for Gammulan.... no pirate Storm carriers etc etc... With the sharing of technology by Galcom member races, Vesperon etc... then they can share the ships , because they are in essence Galcom, but Droidan have access to same ships Vesperons and Humans do... thats what I mean.

The only WISH, I have for AWA, is that you could change ships. Secondly I would like to see a new set of ships in the future versions whether it is a battlecruiser game or a UC game, these ships in AWA have been used for a while now. Also I would like to see race specific ships. Because you can still have general ships which each race can have access to, but specific ships such as military ships for the military caste.

Playing through it now. I must say that I like jump kicking the enemies in slow motion. But I am not so scared by the things in the game as I would have been years ago, scared is a bad word, jumpy fits better.

I have to admit, that so far I prefer UC over X3, as a game VS a game, but as was said, you can't compare the two, or expect to find both games in either one. But Ill keep trying X3, but it isn't holding me so far! So back to AWA.
