well I don't mean to raise them to be angel or devil, I mean it sure will be fun just running these little tests. Did you read it? I agree that arresting someone for smoking pot in their backyard is "retarded". In fact I quite agree on all the benefits legalising would have, my argument is , that it is not victimless. and that we are giving up because everyone is doing it.

The point is drugs is illegal, if you sell, and are caught you will be arrested, if you smoke it you will be arrested. So go smoke something probably more harmful than cannabis, like cigarettes... haha. the fact that the drug fight is a lost cause, is because, ya'll have sent messages like this to people telling them it's ok to smoke it isn't as harmful as alcohol...you don't do crime when your high... so sure it's lost.

there is no logic meltdown. Selling drugs is a crime. Selling potentially harmful substances to others, would be committing a crime against them. When you smoke drugs or do drugs, you are the victim of a more vicious circle than the simplicity you are looking at, you are a victim. And if you the individual is a victim, drugs cannot be victimless, it has a victim: You.

my reference was to Jaguar, not to thugs and non thugs. I was speaking to the point that because he made it as a soldier he felt better than the next man who didn't. Could very well be that the next man went on to become of the nations leading suppliers in advanced technology to military personnel, or develop such technology because he found his calling as a scientist. Anyway the point is you may have bested them at that point in their life, but it doesn't mean you are better. And there's no criminal comparisons here, just two men trying to recruit into an army. If your constition says when a person commits or violates the rights of another, his rights are basically forfeit, then why the trials and the lawyers? Or is there another part that speaks of this?
