HAHAHAHAHA, you know how they say great minds think alike, well you basically just described the plot I already had in the making for the past year. Except in my movie the Hawkeye reaches earth before it is destroyed and fight off the remaining Zimrat ships. But the Zimrat leave a bomb powerful enough to destroy the entire planet, Hawkeye sends a crew down to disable it, crew stops clock at one sec, everyone sighs, then KA-BOOM the earth blows up. So then Hawkeye while searching for a new stumbles upon one of twelve to an ancient device of unparalleled power (I will not mention the specifics of this device yet). Your right about the time to build the dry and collect minerals, I had forgotten about that. Well wouldn't the enemy need to get aboard the ship in order to get the plans for the SLBM in order to launch it back, plus a 100GW might be good enough to protect the ship from this. Also the Zimrat ships (Not sure if I mentioned it's specifics before but) are not powerful because of size but because of numbers. They turn 601 ships into 1 giant cluster and when they attack they break apart. But the main lasers would only strike them as a cluster because as single ships they can easily out maneuver it. There are also two large laser turrets on the front section of the ship, 4 missle bays carrying a variety of missles, the largest being approximately 10m diameter and 100m length. Then there are hundreds off anti-fighter laser and missle turrets. They built the Hawkeye so the human race could explore the Universe, but secretly (without the publics knowledge of) armed it with the most state of the art weaponary known to man. No the humans do not remember they're old nemesis, they do not even know they're from mars until told so by the Zimrat. The story of their ancestors was lost with the flow of time. I don't know why they couldn't destroy the asteroid, I think I like your ship idea better, =] Finally I have not mentioned where the Hawkeye takes off because frankly I don't know yet. I'm decided between the Sahara Desert, the ocean, or space. I know, it can take off from long island, =] P.S. I found out enough info on Planet X that I want that to be the planet they get their resources from. For instance, I discovered that they don't really know if it's a planet or not, they just know there is a strong gravitational pull in that area, they only assume it is a large planet. Well long ago I decided on a motto for my life, it was "Never Surrender". But then I saw the movie Galaxy Quest and I really liked the motto they used in that. WOW!, what a great finish at Atlanta. My favorite driver Dale Earnhardt just barely won that one. Bobby Labonte got second place, only 0.009 seconds behind Earnhardt to make one of the closest finishs in Nascar history.

Well I had already thought up the resources and I was thinking maybe they took resources from a newly discovered planet in our system, like Planet X maybe, I think that is thought to be in our system. Oh and they wouldn't use the regular engines to get around, They would probably use some form of hyperspace or quasispace. Say what movies do you speak of Ron? I would have had this movie in the making already but I'm only 15 so I gotta finish school and then University before I can start Directing. If I wanted to, I could write the movie and send it to Hollywood now but I wish to Direct my movie personally. On another note before anyone questions me about the power it would take to get this moving. Well I figure when they go to Planet X or somewhere else, they discover these giant cyrstals that emmit enough energy to power an entire planet. Well, I'm glad you guys posted these messages. They really got me thinking, something I like to do. You see at the first of my movie I am going to make it so it shows the origin of the human race. In my story humans originate from mars and have highly advanced technology. Problem is they are at Inter-Galactic war with a very powerful race called the Zimrat. The Zimrat destroy all the human starships and then direct an asteroid toward mars. The humans having little time build a ship with a crew compliment of 10 or so and send it to the nearest lifesustaining planet, Earth. The Zimrat think that they have defeated the humans for good, until millions of years laters when they detect the emence energy unleashed by the Hawkyeye. Anyways I was just going to make it so that Earth built this ship to explore the outer reaches of the Universe but you have inspired me to try to come up with something better. Oh and as for that new anim coming out, I was surprised to find it to be similar to mine but I assure you my idea for this movie was thought up well over a year before I heard of this anim. P.S. I suppose I could try and compare it to different ships, because that's how I got it's mass. Yes I do mean a Hollywood Blockbuster if you wish to put it that way. You see I plan on being a Writer/Director. So I figure why wait until I'm done school, I'll just start writing now. Although I haven't gotten very far in the script for U.S.S. Hawkeye (Probably because I want it to be perfect, hehe) I have already written one book that is actually Fan Fiction and I am in the process of writing the first book in a whole new series that I may somehow link to my movie. Well I'm currently working on a movie that has a ship called the U.S.S. (Universal StarShip) Hawkeye, and I wanted to make it the largest and most powerful ship ever built by the human race. I approximated that it would take them 150 - 200 years to complete it. Here are the specs: Length - 147 km Width - 110 km Height - 20 km Mass - 5,390 GigaTons Max Velocity - 112 k/s Max Acceleration - 50 m/s2 Max Pitch/Yaw/Roll - 6 d/s Sheild Power - 100 GW Armour - Undecided Crew Compliment - Undecided Docking Bays - 1080 As for it's weapons I'll just mention the two most power. The first is two lasers that are attached to each side of the ship like pontoons, they are about the same length as the ship itself and have enough power to obliterate an entire planet in a single shot. It takes from 30 - 60 min to charge the stabilizers, without them the weapon could overload or backfire and destroy the entire ship. The Second is Six Nuclear Warheads approximatley 12 km in length with about the same power of the asteroid that hit the dinosaurs. Alright I understand you can teleport to another ship, I think. Well I can get the men in the teleporter, then I go to Tacops and give them a waypoint, but how do I teleport them, the button is grayed out. Also, I'd like to know what ICV stands for and where it came from because I've seen people using it in front of their ship name. Well I'm a newbie too, but the first thing I did was make a lot of money with tradcom, so I know how to get fuel. You simply dock at a starbase, go to tradcom, then to normal minerals, then buy some plutonium. Good Hunting. ------------------ Commander Zeke Stone, TCS Guardian
