A very good read

OK I went in without ANY expectations whatsoever and I LOVED it. It wasn't over the top at all and that was because of all the drama. This was the same type of feeling I got with the first X-Men movie. My one and only complaint was that the end fight was too short. Other than that, it was a typical Summer comic book movie. They did a really good job and you can tell that they paid attention to most of the F4 staple. e.g. the constant banter between Ben and Johnny. If you like comic book movies, just go so see it. 9/10 As for Scriv. Well, he liked The Hulk. What more can I say?

....now I'm scared to go see it. I was going to go see it tonite.

Thats one thing I had a problem with. People who never read the book, would have *NO* idea that they were actually after our water and what significance the Red weed played. Heck, there was a part where Tom was looking at the weed, but it was never explained. I suppose Spielberg just assumed everyone read the book.

The keyserver is working just fine. You are obviously entering an incorrect key because I was able to authenticate your key just fine. And I don't believe - for one second - that this happened because of the RC16 patch. If you had authenticated the game before, a ucmpkey.ini file would already exist. If you deleted that file - for whatever reason - or if your HW changes, thats the ONLY reason it would need to re-auth a key. So, if you're going to report anything, stick to the facts, report the EXACT message you are getting and don't expect people to play guessing games due to your obvious mishaps.

I'll have the guys run some tests with the revised towing and the AG ships destruction. As far as rendering is concerned, there is no software renderer nor emulation mode. I just checked and its rendering just fine. If you are running the game in a window, don't. Make sure your drivers, DirectX etc are updated. Previous versions of UC were DirectX 8 based. Like UCG, it is now DirectX 9 based as of the last patch.
