  3. OK, wait a minute. Are you two crazy or just bored? What do both of these posts have to do with my original post?

    Firefly

They had a screening at select cities yesterday and I couldn't get tickets to the showing in Miami. It was flat sold out. You can get the season on DVD Race. Its well worth it. quote: Originally posted by Cmdr Chavik: I liked it as well. The discussion boards and show info page still work at fox.com. In one of the threads I found a link to www.fireflysupport.com. Maybe Sci Fi channel will opick it up. That site is no more; but is instead my peddling porn. This is a better one: http://www.fireflyfans.net/main.asp
  5. This month's issue of PC Gamer gave it a 45% and totally ripped it.

  7. LMAO!!!. Serves him right. Now if only Howard Stern's wife has done something like that all those years of listening to and taking his on-air antics. Here is the eBay listing for the car. btw, in England, the Log Book is the same as the car title here in the US. ...sounds like these
  8. ...I think they're serious. The Phantom guys must be quaking by now.
  9. For all you Day One junkies who are going to go see this tomorrow. All I want to know is, on a scale of 1 (LoTR) to 10 (Sin City), how gruesome and gory is it? I don't want another PTSD flameout (like with Sin City) if I go see it.
  10. Thank You. Thank You.
  11. Well, now we know what happened to the sequel
  12. LOL!! our resident siren weighs in. Hi echo!!
  13. I was going to type something. Then I realized that it would be pointless. So I decided to spend my valuable time on something worthwhile. I decided to go grab another cup of coffee.
  14. I have updated my first post for those wanting to get back into playing AvP2.
  15. 80 laid off at Kirkland video-game maker after Sony deal
  16. Worthplaying have a preview up. I have no clue what version they previewed.
  17. I saw this on TV last night and just changed the channel. OK, I'm not in favor of violent games, but c'mon, is Washington this bored? How about them figuring out and getting the stem cell issues sorted out so that people can benefit from it. But no, that would be too easy. Instead, they're focusing on video games. I fail to see how a violent video game is any different from a violent movie (e.g. Sin City).
  18. There is an incorrect Logistix entry in LANGUAGE.LNG. To fix this (assuming you don't want to wait for the next patch), open up the file in Notepad, then go to line 1561 and change it so that it looks like below. Then save the file. The second column is the one with the error. code: LOGISTIX_POWERCHG "POWER CHARGE"
  19. quote: Originally posted by Freyar: I tested it myself, and although it's a good game, it feels mostly like an advanced version of "Rock Paper Scissors" more than anything. I wish MMOs these days would get off the 'turn based' fighting, and all of the 'level' aspects.. I want to be able to perform to the best of MY abilities, not my 'character'. My 'character' is an extension of myself, and should not hinder my knowledge. Have you tried Planetside?
  20. I have nothing to do with translations. That is up to the publisher.
  21. No there isn't.
  22. Caught this on RSS and I damn near pissed myself laughing. Do NOT click on that link if you've got food or drink in your mouth. Seriouslню The original study that Register hilarified, is over here.
  23. Like they needed an expose to know that this was going on?
  24. quote: Originally posted by Hellbinder: His statement about Raz is totally puzzling and misleading. er, wot? Anyway, the studio said (on CNN) that the film met with their expectations. So yes, they were aware of the uphill climb (due to the previous four movies) that it would have. With that, who cares what anyone else thinks as long as the studio is happy with its performance?
