I still like him. Like us, he's human. As humans, we make mistakes. Besides, he's setting up a hedge fund with investors to make movies; going the indie route. A lot of big names are doing it now. And everyone knows that he'll still make as much money on his own. Nothing to see here. Just the usual Hollywood rubbish.

You did pretty good. And yes, I deliberately added some cool loot (mostly artifacts) in most cap ships. The more difficult the ship is to take out, the more valuable the loot. Wait'll you play AWA Episode 2 (if you have UCSE that is). Thats a pretty good nightmare I cooked up for that one.

A problem with the game was never there to begin with. You hosed your installation as evidenced from another thread in which you posted about having patching problems.

The terms of contracts are confidential. However, nothing on a pay-for-play service is promotional. Now how stupid would that be? What sort of promotion benefit do you gleam from a service selling a product and making money from it without any sort of benefit being passed along? When HBO shows a movie from Paramount, do you think they get it from Paramount for promotional purposes, when in fact HBO is deriving income from it? I know its Sunday and all; but use common sense. You're supposed to be a Battlecruiser player; and that benefit comes with being able to make use of several fully functional brain cells.

Well if you give the TOW 'nothing' command (which is what you're trying to do) and it crashes, what does that tell you? Anyway I just tried it exactly as you described and it works just fine. Even when I launched a support unit and towed it.

Yeah, I just checked and there is no link to them. Anyway, I've just fired off an email to the GT folks.

I'll check with GameTap to see why there is no link to the game manuals. However, they are in the DOCS folders where the game is installed. btw, there is no orbit command as there is no need for it. If its not in the manual, its a sure bet that you can't do it. So don't. EVERY question you could possibly dream up, has already been answered on this board. Just before I wrote my review on the movie Snakes On A Plane, I was in the kitchen getting a drink and talking on the phone to a friend of mine. Just then, I looked out onto the pool area and noticed that the dogs (I have a pair of JRTs) were sticking their paws into the pool. Knowing that they do this when chasing anything that lives (e.g. frogs, tadpoles, spiders etc), I ignored them. Until one of them jumped back and went back to the pool edge. Curious, I walked closer to the sliding glass door and noticed a Black 'thing' in the pool. I didn't have my glasses on, so I went outside. To my horror, there was a Black snake in the pool!! So I quickly sent the dogs inside, grabbed my glasses and went back for a closer look. Yep, it was a snake alright. I went inside to grab the phone and call the pool guy. When I came back out, the snake was gone. Horified I frantically and cautiously looked around for it. I had all but given up when I thought to look in the drainage bin where the pool crawler (cleaner) sucked in dirt from the pool during its cleaning run. ...and there were, not one, but TWO identical snakes in the bin. I immediately re-sealed the bin cover, grabbed some tape to close the holes and then dashed for the garage, grabbed a paint can and put it on top of the bin cover to prevent them from coming out. Now I have no clue what to do, now what kind of snakes they are. Left a message for the pool guy; since he has most probably encountered these fellows in his pool cleaning days. snakes01 snakes02 snakes03
