OK, I went in with NO expectations. I had so much fun!!! This movie is B movie at its best. Its got all the campy stuff in it and its TONS of fun. There are some truly horrifying parts that you least expect. 10/10

Well I was never made aware of this. So all those who sent you a PM should be flogged. The difference between the Updater patch downloads and the ones on mirrors is that the latter is a full - and therefore larger - patch. If you are attempting to run the older Updater that is on that CD-ROM, I suspect that it does not support the newer command set. Why is why - like most sane people around here - you should have first downloaded the new version to see if that solves the problem. Anyway, I just tested it by doing the following. I edited SETTINGS.INI and changed the version to 1.00.01 Ran Updater. It reports that 1.00.07 is available. Updater downloads it The patch runs and then exits I run Updater again. It reports that 1.00.16.01 is available. Rinse repeat. Works fine.

It won't download 1.00.07 unless the version on the CD is older. You should've checked what version you have first. The error loading means that the game is not installed correctly and has nothing to do with the patch.

Yep. Like I said, Vista is nothing but a sham and at this point is not unlike what winME was to win98.

The only people having issues with OTS weapons are those who are not resding the tech support thread on it. There is NOTHING wrong with OTS deployment.

The servers are going to be down for maintenance while we transition them to UCSE. They will be back up sometime next week.

I was browsing the ailes the other day when this caught my eye. Being a flight sim fan, I nabbed it. You have got to add this to your collection. It is a bit short, but its a lot of fun. If you have a 16:9 screen tv, with a brain tumor inducing 5.1 AV system, you're in for a treat!!

Well, a quick license cash grab is what makes money these days, believe it or not. They have three games coming out and each one is different.

The demo and game use the same engine. So if you didn't need a new video card to play the demo, I don't see why you'd need one to play the full game.

The chat lobby program which executes UCSE from within the lobby's server browser, will attempt to execute UCAWA, resulting in the server disallowing client connection due to incompatible versions. A new file has been pushed to the server. Just run the game Updater to grab it.

Thats right. Even though the digital protection version also uses drivers, it doesn't do anything with CD/DVD drives because there is no disk checking to be done.
