  1. I sent him an email. I seem to remember something about him being gone for 6 weeks, but that was a few months ago or so. I don't remember. Damn its rough getting old, the memory is the first to go. If any of you hear from him, let me know. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  2. Alun, Yeah a topic all for you. I thought that it would keep things a little more simplified if each wing had an area to deal with specific issues and then once they were worked out if the entire fleet needed issues we could work them out in a fleet forum. Anyway, read through the role play topic and post what you think. I'd like all the ISS fleet to get involved in a role play. I'd like to do an off shoot of the Mole Hunt role play. Anyway, you can read through it on the RP topic. I posted a topic for the ISS Fleet web page, because I know you have been running it and I know Dilvorn and Jamont have expressed interest in helping and had some ideas so I thought you three could get together and work some things out. Good to have you back and I'm glad things at home have worked out. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  3. I am working on getting more recruits into each wing. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  4. Cmdr. Jamont As soon as I can get the personnel to report in that we have on the roster, I will start assigning them to their respective wings. I have sent emails out to all the personnel in the fleet that have not responded in a while to see what their status is. I am awaiting their replies Also, I created some topic headings for all the wings, so any issues dealing with your respective wing, place there. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  5. I would like to hear from the ISS Fleet people on what you would like to see the ISS involved in. Maybe the Mars uprising could be following the Mole Hunt role play if we can resurrect that. That was a good idea. Anyway, there you go, I am tapped for ideas on this right now. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  6. Reading through the BC3K manual about the various alien races. The Credians and the Zelons are at war over an artifact. What that artifact truly is, no one knows. What if the Insurgent Intelligence Wing, and ISSÔÇÖ CIOPS both had good information that the artifact that the Credians had, could reduce power consumption for any device by 75%. This could lead to smaller power plants on any vessel or on a planet for a factory, etc. This would be interesting enough for the GALCOM, the Insurgency, and the Zelons to want it. No side wants any other side to know they are making offers to the Credians for it. Hence a political situation. Both GALCOM and the Insurgency could make diplomatic missions to the Credians offering them enticements to share the technology of the artifact. The Credians might want some military missions run against the Zelons by both the Insurgents and GALCOM, hence satisfying the blood lust of some of the commanders who like space battles, but not putting Insurgent vs. GALCOM on the battlefield. The Credians are manipulating both sides here to get the maximum out of them. They could be getting technology, or supplies, money, whatever we can decide that they might need, but it would have to be something immediate, not sustained trade with one of the 2 powers, because once, either side figures out, and they will, that they have been used, then all things are called off, but the Credians have gotten the better of the deal. The Credians may or may not know what that artifact can do. It has yet to be determined, to my knowledge, of what it is. If we would like the situation to get deeper, the Gammulans could get involved. This would have to be before the current role play with the Wraith Massacre. The ending of the role play could see a battle to stop the Gammulans, or to push back a Zelon threat to the Credians. If the Zelon-Credian option is taken, at that time then both sides could learn about the deceit of the Credians, and both sides plot what they will do. That could lead into some other role play. I thought of some NPC characters, these are subject to change: Credian NPCs Alin Tin -- Credian Military leader T'Klav Dren --Credian Diplomat Zelon NPCs Z'gar --Zelon Military Leader Sh'tash H'la -- Zelon Diplomat GALCOM NPCs Paul Medea -- GALCOM or EarthCOM Diplomat Insurgent NPCs Snake Plisken -- Insurgent Diplomat (I hope the Kurt Russell and Escape from New York fans get the name. I was thinking of the Rattler, so I was staying with the snake theme. I don't know if the Insurgents have a real commander to act as its diplomat, if they do this NPC can be replaced.) I would like to do a Earth role play with the Insurgents, but here I might be a little selfish about my fleet, in Earth space, ISS has no power or jurisdiction. That is all EarthCOM and SCID . If we did a Earth role play something would have to be outside of Earth space to get ISS involved. Normally, that wouldnt be a big deal, but Cmdr. Dilvorn is right, that ISS has not been involved in a role play in a while, except for the one that you, Gallion, are running, but we really have not participated in a few months, but we are going to change that and get back into the mix on that one. So I would like to see one where ISS and CIOPS can be a major player, along with the other fleets. I am all for having a 2 front role play, one in the Credian area if you all want to pursue that avenue, in addition we can have a second plot developing on Earth or somewhere in SOL to keep GALCOM on its toes. The 2 planets: Polaris-1 in the Polaris System in the Terran Quadrant -or- Darain in the Trenis System in the Credian Quadrant Could come into play as territory needed or a battle may happen there, I was just using those two place because of the importance of the territory. The two planets are connected by the F07 Fluxfield. This would be a quick access between the Insurgent station, Spectre in Antis to the Terran Quadrant. The Insurgents might want to take this as a safety buffer to protect Spectre. This would allow a diplomatic role play and bring politics into it to appease both sides. This could also allow a military ending if we should want to do so. I like "Whisper"'s idea about a city state within Sol uprising and trying to claim independence. That wouldn't necessarily involve the Insurgents, but if they wanted, their counter-intelligence section could have instigated a clandestine psychological operation against some rebels to uprise to take focus from one area and shift to another. Just a sub-plot idea. The planet could be Mars. Since in the original history UFN was accused of atrocities on Mars, the settlers could be getting tired of GALCOM / UFN involvement and the MLF(Mars Liberation Front)would start inciting a revolution on Mars. (Whethere they get support from the Insurgents or Gammulans or on their own it's up to everyone involved to see how that would play out and the implications of having the Insurgents involved.) I would like to see all of these ideas in a role play, it makes for a lot of creativity. Let me know what you all think. Once again I am not trying to advocate battles between Insurgent and GALCOM just tension. A full blown battle between Insurgent and GALCOM would be bloody. Anyway, let me know what you think. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  7. I'm not trying to get into a battle, I want to leave that option open toward the end if need be. I would love to figure out a diplomatic or political role play. But with a subplot or a hidden twist. I'm an engineer for heaven's sake, writing is not my strong point, so I'm trying to use some of what I like in games or TV Shows or movies and put it into a role play. I love hidden motives and suprising twists to the plot. I would only want a battle to happen at the end of the role play, and I really don't want it to be Insurgent vs. GALCOM, I was thinking more along the line of another party who happened to get involved in the middle of the role play and caused a problem enough to warrant a minor battle. I thought of some things last night and I'll put them down on paper and then post them here for you all to read. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  8. I am not sure then I saw a document with you being in the Defense Wing, so that is why I made the change. I'll leave it up to either of the Wing Leaders to say which one you were in. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  9. Since the Credians have limited resources and a very low technology level, any advancement that they could be offered would probably be appreciated or needed. It might not be needed to bring the Credians into it, but I thought that it might throw a little political intrigue into the mix, by not only having to deal with the Insurgents, but also another established race or people. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  10. Here is a possible scenario for a role play that could involve the Insurgents. So far it is an undocumented occurance so we could have it happen at any time period. Maybe it was one of the first encounters with GALCOM and the Insurgents or maybe it's more recent. I have 2 possibilities or maybe both options could be in the role play as a compromise or whatever. Polaris-1 in the Polaris System in the Terran Quadrant -or- Darain in the Trenis System in the Credian Quadrant These 2 Planets are connected by the F07 Fluxfield. This would be a quick access between the Insurgent station, Spectre in Antis to the Terran Quadrant. The Insurgents might want to take this as a ÔÇ£safetyÔÇØ buffer to protect Spectre. The Insurgents could have the support of the Credians to take the planet and control that link. They could have a military agreement or a trade agreement in helping the Insurgents. This would allow a diplomatic role play and bring politics into it to appease both sides. This could also allow a military ending if we should want to do so. Let me know what you think ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  11. The ISS Fleet was formed to support GALCOMÔÇÖs policies in the areas of Tactical Support, Defense of GALCOM and itÔÇÖs allies space. The ISS provides additional support to all systems outside of Earth Space in the areas of: Espionage, Intelligence gathering and analysis, Counter-Intelligence, Counter-Insurgency, and Interrogation of Prisoners. The ISS serves GALCOM in 3 major roles: 1. To provide a home guard defense and early warning network for GALCOM and itÔÇÖs allied nations. 2. To act as an umbrella group for support vessels and those with special roles, such as minesweepers, medical evacuation vessels, research and development, etc. 3. To provide intelligence, counter-intelligence, espionage, counter-insurgency, and interrogation information to GALCOM pertaining to all systems outside of Earth Space. All matters within Earth space are left to the command of EarthCOM and SCID. To reflect these roles, ISS Fleet has been restructured. The restructuring was performed for two reasons. The first was to bring itÔÇÖs structure into line with the other GALCOM fleets. The other was to trim and redefine the role of each Wing. ISS Fleet consists of 4 specialized Wings, each lead by a Wing Commander. ISS Fleet is lead by a member of the ISS holding the rank of Fleet Commander. The current ISS Fleet Commander is Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar. Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar was born on Saturn, father was Terran, mother was Saturnian. He went to Khantze Military Intelligence Academy and then was commissioned into the Orbital Marines where he was decorated for valor. He attended GALCOM Academy where he met his future wife, Heather. He was decorated once again for his heroism on his second cadet cruise at the academy for saving the ship and crew from a hostile attack by Gammulan forces. He then served as the Chief Engineer, along with his wife as the Flight Officer, aboard the GCV Journeyman with Commander DeSylva and his wife, Emma. Jeehun and Heather were then transferred to the GAD Usagi commanded by then Commander Londono's. There Fleet Cmdr. Ristar distinguished himself at the Incident at the Jovian System and was recommended by Commander Londono for his own command. He was then promoted to Commander and attended the GALCOM AcademyÔÇÖs Command and Warfare College in preparation for command. Upon graduation he was given command of the GCV Shogun. He participated in Operation Poison Arrow. He then planned and led Operation Dragon Eyes, an intelligence and espionage operation strike into enemy territory, which was a tactical and strategic success. The success of this mission established Commander Ristar high within the Intelligence community. His long time friend Commander Gareth DeSylva asked him to join the newly created ISS Fleet as the Intelligence and Espionage Wing Commander along with his friend and former commander, Commander Daniel Londono. During the First Gammulan War, Fleet Cmdr. Ristar is nominated for a Commander's Shield for his actions during the Battle for Neptune. Fleet Cmdr. Ristar became ISS Fleet Commander after Fleet Commander DeSylva had to step down due to personal reasons. Fleet Cmdr. Ristar became the CO of Renegade, ISS Fleets Space Station in orbit around the Saturn moon of Titan, which is HQ for the ISS Fleet. The Second-in-Command of ISS Fleet is known as the ISS Vice Fleet Commander, holds the rank of Commander, and is responsible for assuming roles as Fleet Commander when the Fleet Commander must attend to other matters within GALCOM or within the ISS itself. The current ISS Vice Fleet Commander is Cmdr. Alun Tringad. Cmdr. Tringad was born May 24th, 2976, in Washington DC, Earth, Sol. Joined GALCOM at the age of 18. Was known as a class clown at the academy but graduated at the top of his class. Father was Commander of the GCV Discovery. Mother was a teacher. Now, they are both retired living in Scotland. Was used to the prices of war at an early age. In May 2997 Cmdr. Tringad completes GALCOM Academy and is assigned to the GCV FlashFire as its Tactical Officer. In September 2999, after two years of serving under Commander John Anderson, on the GCV FlashFire, he gains his first command, the GCV Black Falcon. In February 3000, the GCV Black Falcon assigned to ISS Fleet Tactical Support Wing. During that same year Cmdr Tringad goes under-cover into the Insurgent organization. Cmdr Tringad is found to be a spy by Insurgent One himself. Tringad is returned to GALCOM just as the First Gammulan War starts. Tringad participates in the First Gammulan War, and is nominated for an Award for Gallantry, and is awarded promotion to ISS Fleet Tactical Support Wing Commander. Cmdr. Tringad was named ISS Vice Fleet Commander upon the resignation of Fleet Commander DeSylva due to personal reasons. Cmdr Tringad was named CO For the ISS Fleet Mars Regional Support & Command Facility, the ISS FleetÔÇÖs main Star Base on Mars. The ISS Fleet is composed of 4 specialized wings. Each Wing is commanded by a Wing Commander holding the rank of Commander. The ISS has a counter-intelligence, counter-insurgency, and interrogation wing known as CIOPS(pronounced psyops) which is an acronym for Central Intelligence OperationS. CIOPS main responsibility is to infiltrate all enemies of GALCOM through counter-intelligence/counter-insurgency means. It has jurisdiction of all systems outside of Earth space, which is left to EarthCOM and SCID(CIOPS' EarthCOM equivalent). This Wing is commanded by Cmdr. Cody Bader. Cmdr Bader was born on 6 December 2971, in Kellner, Ramus Province, Mars. He has a notable scar on his left temple. Cmdr Bader graduated 7th highest from New Caledonia Elite Higher School in 2982. Recruited by Mars Orbital Space Flotilla in 2984, promoted to Senior Lieutenant and released from active service 2987. Joined GALCOM Academy on Mars the following year, intent on a command position. Cmdr. Bader graduated 9th highest from his Academy class in 2993. He was stationed aboard the GCV Solaris as itÔÇÖs Combat Officer from 2994-2997. He Promoted to Lt. Commander 2998, put on ship 'waiting list', and served the remaining time on GCV Kavis Teki as itÔÇÖs Tactical Officer until 2999 when he was promoted to Commander and named as CO of GCV Minos Corva on 17 Nov 2999. The GCV Minos Corva was made flagship of the 7th Marine Orbital Assault Battalion on 3 Feb 3000. He joined the ISS Fleet in March 3000. He served in the Tactical Support Wing under Cmdr. Tringad, and has been recently selected to head CIOPS Wing. Cmdr Bader was named Commanding Officer of Luna Gloria, ISS FleetÔÇÖs Starbase on the Moon around Earth orbit, which is the HQ for CIOPS Wing. ISS Fleet also has a Defense Wing which is commanded by a Wing Commander, holding the rank of Commander. Defense Wing is tasked with the defense of all GALCOM space, outside of Earth space, along with itÔÇÖs allied nations. It will act as a supplement to Prime Fleet. Defense Wing is currently commanded by Cmdr. Josh Dilvorn. Josh Dilvorn was born on a winters day in Australia, Earth, in 2974. His father, an agricultural engineer and his mother, a medical instruments technician noticed from a very young age that their son was going places in his life. His rapid advancement through high school did not go unnoticed and soon after his graduation, Dilvorn was awarded an honorary placement in one of Earth's best universities, the Astronomical Engineering Institute in Munich. From here Dilvorn graduated in the top five percent of his class. But his heart wasn't in it. He was had reckless soul and needed to find something to tame his wild heart. At the age of 22, in the year 2996, Dilvorn traveled to Mars where he applied for a position in a private security training facility for a large Mars corporation. Here he developed skills in several forms of combat, tactical operations and area defense. Being a fast learner it was not long before Dilvorn was promoted through the ranks and by 3000 was a section chief for the corporationÔÇÖs security fleet where he was responsible for more than 100 men. It was later that year that Dilvorn learned that his parents had been killed during an Insurgents attack on a EarthCOM research facility. There was nothing he could do, he felt helpless and vowed that he would someday avenge the murder of his parents. This lead to him enlisting in the GALCOM Officer's Academy. Dilvorn graduates from the Academy with honours in 3002 and is posted as Tactical Officer aboard GCV Eclipse, a Constellation class battle cruiser charged with top secret reconnaissance missions. Shortly after returning from a six month mission, Dilvorn is nominated for an Award for Gallantry and is recommended for his own command position. The events that led to this recommendation are still classified by GALCOM to this day. Soon after Dilvorn is given his first ship, the GCV Astound. Fifteen months later, while returning to GALCOM HQ for a refit, the Astound comes across a convoy of Vesperon transports which had come under attack by Insurgent forces. Even though the odds were in favor of the attackers, Dilvorn threw his ship into the line of fire, drawing attention away from the convoy. Eventually, the Astound managed to overcome the Insurgent fighters, destroying 8 and critically damaging the rest. But tragically, GCV Astound received major damage herself, and the nuclear reactor was minutes away from a core breech. Dilvorn ordered an immediate evacuation. The last shuttle was just clear of the Astound as she exploded in a spectacular firestorm. Following this, Commander Josh Dilvorn was court-marshaled and later cleared of any wrong-doing and immediately given his next command, the GCV Conquest. He requested that his crew from the Astound be transferred to the Conquest, this request was granted. In 3003 Cmdr. Dilvorn joined the ISS Fleet, and shortly after, due to his courage and valor in combat was given a promotion to Defense Wing Commander, and named the Commanding officer of ISS Fleet-MZ-Beta, ISS FleetÔÇÖs Mission Zone Starbase on Mars, which is the HQ for Defense Wing. ISS FleetÔÇÖs Tactical Support Wing is commanded by a Wing Commander, holding the rank of Commander. Tactical Support Wing is responsible for all mission support for all GALCOM or EarthCOM Fleets. Some of the uses for Tactical Support Wing are mine-laying and mine sweeping, medical evacuation, or demolitions. This Wing has jurisdiction in any system known to GALCOM and EarthCOM. This Wing is currently commanded by Cmdr. Alun Tringad, the ISS Vice Fleet Commander. ISS FleetÔÇÖs Intelligence and Espionage Wing Commander is commanded by a Wing Commander, holding the rank of Commander. Intel and Espionage wing is responsible for all intelligence collection and analysis gathered in all systems known to GALCOM outside of Earth space. This information is used by all GALCOM fleets for mission planning or for diplomatic or military foreign and domestic policies. The current commander of the Intelligence and Espionage Wing is Cmdr.Jamont. The current history of Cmdr.Jamont is classified. The Fleet Commander is aided by his Adjutant. The Adjutant to the Fleet Commander responsibilities are to brief the Fleet Cmdr on all missions going on within ISS and in other GALCOM fleets, all current campaigns being undertaken by the ISS and other GALCOM fleets, and to schedule his meetings with ISS Wing Commanders or other GALCOM officials. The current Adjutant to the Fleet Commander is Cmdr. Ben Zwycky. Cmdr. Zwycky is a ÔÇ£Jack of all TradesÔÇØ in the ISS Fleet, as of now he also holds the responsibility of the ISS Fleet Recruiting Officer. He is in charge of all recruiting efforts within the ISS. Cmdr. Zwycky has recently been named the Director of the Training and Administration Directorate of CIOPS. His duties include the training of all CIOPS and ISS personnel. He is the Commandant of the ISS Fleet Academy, where all the CIOPS and ISS personnel are trained. ------------------------------------------- This bulletin is provided to give an overview of the function of the ISS Fleet and CIOPS. If any changes need to be made to it please post a reply to this and call out the changes or additions to be made. If anything is incorrect or outdated please follow the same procedure of posting it here. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  12. Cmdr. Sedlacek, I added you to the Defense Wing on the fleet database screen. I made a note on the log on your profile if you want to read it. If you are not part of the Defense Wing, please let me know and I will change it, but I think you are. I just wanted to update the database to be as correct as possible ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  13. Rattler, Do you have a document or can you give a brief history about the Insurgency and it's origins along a time line. I was reading through the History of GALCOM in the Manual, and if we could find something to have a dispute over in both GALCOM and the Insurgency, we can start some role playing ideas there. I know both want Earth, but that battle could take place as the ultimate goal, but to start out with something like a disputed planet that could start out with diplomatic tensions or political pressure to get it resolved, something along those lines. If you have anything please let me know or post it here or email it to me and I'll post it. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  14. I remember the story line somewhat of what you're talking about. I believe it was during the Mole Hunt role play. I'm trying to find the information I had on it, that Ben sent to me. When he gets back in touch with me I'll ask him about it. I wouldn't mind exploring the origins of the GALCOM/Insurgent quarrel, and we could lead into using CIOPS and SCID, since they are relatively new Wings within GALCOM, and the Insurgents could showcase some of their new Wings and ideas, that would give both sides a little intelligence gathering on both sides about what the other side is doing. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  15. I would like this area to be exclusivly for issues dealing with the ISS Fleet home page. Tringad has been handling it, I know Jamont has expressed interest in it, and I know Dilvorn has some ideas. If all three of you want to work on it, you can post any ideas here and Tringad if you haven't already give access to Dilvorn and Jamont and you three along with anyone else who wants to put input in, post the ideas here for all of use to see and then we can make the changes. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  16. One other thing, I know some of the wings have logos. If the Wing leader of each Wing could get whatever logo is applicable to his fleet and put it under the topic area, that would be most apprciated. Wings that do not have a logo, post that they do not have one. If you have access or are able to, you can create one. If you don't have access or are not able to, maybe someone that can do it will help out, if you give them an idea of what you want. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  17. As of 9/13/00 here are the following personnel that have registered on the ISS Fleet Database, and it also lists the assigned position, if there is a mistake let me know. Fleet Commander Jeehun Ristar (Fleet Leader) Commander Alun Tringad (Wing Leader, Tactical Support) Commander Jamont (Wing Leader,Intel & Espionage) Commander Josh Dilvorn (Wing Leader, Defense) Commander Cody Bader (Wing Leader, CIOPS) Commander Daniel Sedlacek We need everyone that is listed in the ISS to get registered on the Fleet Database. Let me know if you have any problems or somehting needs changing on your profile on the database. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  18. This is an area for all Tactical Support Wing topics. Issues can be voiced and worked on. Cmdr. Alun Tringad is the Wing Leader of Tactical Support Wing and he also the Vice Fleet Commander. Cmdr Tringad, I'll give you this space to lay out your ideas for the Wing. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  19. This is an area for all Defense Wing Issues can be voiced and worked on. Cmdr. Dilvorn is the Wing Leader of Defense Wing. Cmdr Dilvorn, I'll give you this space to lay out your ideas for the Wing. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  20. This is an area for all Intel and Espionage Wing Issues can be voiced and worked on. Cmdr. Jamont is the Wing Leader of Intel and Espionage Wing. Cmdr Jamont, I'll give you this space to lay out your ideas for the Wing. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  21. I want to create an area for CIOPS issues that are separate from ISS issues since CIOPS wing will operate independently from ISS most of the time. Cmdr. Cody Bader is the Director of CIOPS. I believe that a logo has been created for CIOPS, I am going to try and put the logos up on the fleet database if it will let me, since I've had some problems witht the computer. Cmdr Bader, I'll give you this space to lay out your ideas for the Wing. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  22. Somehow I would like to introduce CIOPS into the role play so if we do a political intrigue we could use CIOPS to find out information for us. This could also be an opportunity for EarthCOM to showcase SCID if there is an opportunity for something to happen in Earth space. Anyway, just my $.02 worth. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  23. That is a novel idea. Hasn't been done before. I really wouldn't know how to get started on it, but if any of the Inusrgents are up for it, I'm game. I'd like to find a way to tie it into the current role play, but if not I guess we could go back to the origins of the conflict. What do you think Rattler or any of the Insurgents? ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  24. I need all ISS Fleet members who have not registered with the fleet database to go to the "Fleet" option on the main screen of the BC3K web page and register. There are only 6 fleet members registered and I want to get everyone. Morgan, you are the newest member I need you to get registered, if you have any problems post it here and we will get them resolved, but just get your name up there. I am awaiting a message from Ben Zwycky about his status, I haven't heard from him in a while, so if anyone knows his status please post it here. Also, if any of you are in contact with members who haven't registered please tell them to get to the database screen and register, we can work out launch points and mission zones once they get registered. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
  25. Rattler, Here is a more detail idea of what I had in mind. The idea would be to have the Insurgents take a position somewhere outside the SOL system or even on a planet within SOL and have them to some counter-intelligence and create an uprising. If it is a planet within SOL the role play could end up with neither side having a victory but the Insurgetns and GALCOM forces occupying the planet or if it is a system outside SOL, each side could occupy half of the system, that could lead to further role plays involving that system. ------------------ Fleet Cmdr. Jeehun Ristar GCV Shogun, ISS HQ (Saturn) Fleet Commander - ISS Fleet/CIOPS ISS / CIOPS Fleet Home Page
