It only seems to work on linked ones. Click it, hit stop (or hold down, and drag your mouse off the window), and then do shift-f10. Shift-F10 does the same thing as the little menu button (to the left of my rt. control button), on my keyboard. And, shift-f10, without anything selected can also be used to look at a pages source, but you can do that from the view menu now. I've had the IE 6 Preview since it came out. Had Opera for a year. I'm going to upgrade to XP, after I switch out my mobo and CPU to something better (Celeron 500/OEM HP mobo now, maybe a T-Bird later...). That way I won't probably have any problems.

Hmmm... So, is Orion still up for this? I'm interested in heading this up. Safedisk is a popularly used (by software makers), to prevent games from being copied. It works with a CD-Key system, and if you burn the disc and try to play, it won't work. Of course, I've learned that you can install those games with the burned extra. (As in, run the Install program, put in the correct CD-Key, and get it installed successfully. I've done it with Heavy Gear 2, The Sims, and other games, FYI.) You obviously can't play them with the burned copy (unless you hack it, and then you're breakin' the law...), so it's pretty useless to burn 'locked' CD's. We won't eat you, JJ. You're the new marine recruit in Orion, right? Then good. At least you're getting yourself acquainted with the game universe, and everyone else here. 1. He's got a team around the globe, working along with him. Of course, he's doing most of the coding himself, so it truly is his game. 2. In a Fleet, you may get a ship assigned, or your FC may be nice enough to ask your preference, and check their available resources. (But, you ain't gettin a StormCarrier...) As far as I know, you get a ship assigned, in Single Player.

I'm for it. The guy deserves it. I mean, what's one day worth, when we've been waiting for months? We're all mature enough to handle just a tad bit more time, right? Guys? Right? *sighs* Just don't get hit by a truck or something, while you're off, SC.....

And you're going to have to make a choice, because I just remembered something. Your Janitorial Fleet (actually should be a: guild, organization, group, corporation, etc.......) is calling. If you're still interested in running it, then you're definitely not being in a fleet. You're going to have to take the unknown road, towards who knows what..... So far, no one's successfully made a guild. InterCorp Unlimited is getting close, though. So! Ready for some Fleeting? Or are you going to take your chances with those crazy Indies? Nice points. Let's hear it, MG..... I'm just wondering if you've got the experience we need, with an attitude that can get it to work. The door to Orion is (thinking what to say)...... Slightly open. But, it's blocked by a big guy, wondering if he should let you in or not..... Let's just see if you choose it, and get accepted. If you do, then we'll put you through the Academy (which everyone does), and try to fix up those rough edges... (And some comic relief would be cool too.... Just hold off on little jokes like that.... Of course, the Bladesmiester himself is still one of the better comedians here! Some think I'm funny, but I'm just plain crazy, if ya ask me!)

I'm not sure about the voice talent. It seems the same from BC3K, but I can tell it probably isn't. After BCM, the Beta section will go to GCO, EFC, and BTC, as those games are developed.

It could happen. Just stop calling it a fleet, please!! Go UCV: Guild Corporation Organization etc...

That cocky, I'm too good for you attitude is what Orion does not want, or need. Besides, if you think like that, you'll never pass Academy, and become a commander. Better luck elsewhere. Of course, no one's probably going to take you in, now.....

And he picked Orion all by himself. I didn't even name a single fleet.... Good choice, though. I'm thinking recruiting would be more successful with helpfulness, than brute propaganda, don't you? --- JJ, you should also look over the Fleet Info pages, as well, to learn about the structuring of them. To newbies, I explain them like the 'clans' of other games, but with a military twist. There's a chain of command, rules, regulations, meetings, roll call, you've got to tell them if you're going on leave, etc. I'm sure you'll come right along. The other Orion guys should get you off on the right foot.

Head over to the Orion Fleet Board, and post your questions there. The recruitment officer, (I forget who it is), should help you. Marines play mainly in First Person (both on ground and 'spacewalk' mode), and they can operate viehicles like ATVs, and Jeeps. Cool choice. Not many people have been daring enough to do that. Yep. Perfect! This is the plan that Blades had me looking into, in particular. With my former UCV experience, I'm sure I'm going to be one of the main guys playing the entire thing out. --- Supplies, replacement ships, parts, weapons, replacement crew, etc. It's perfect! A perfect way to keep those bunnies at bay, IMO. Hope to see more soon.

Well, it's nice to have you along. I can tell you've been looking through the forums lately. I'm wondering if you're going to go multiplayer when BCM and GCO come out. As you know, we have Fleets here. The Fleets are like any 'clan' you'd see in other MP game. The Fleets are really respected, and are going to play major roles in multiplayer. Fleets are starting to prepare, and set up their plans for action. We're starting to go all-out, as multiplayer is coming soon. If you're thinking of doing multiplayer, with style, think of joining a fleet.
