I am one of the least computer literate people in this forum. I have ahd BC3000ad crash so many times if if I had insurance my premiums would be a million bucks. I have been frustrated by the timing of some of these crashes as well costing me EP's. Having said that, let me say this, If it wasnt for Derek Smart I wouldnt even still own a computer. I have gotten help repairing my old rig from forum members, gotten help upgrading the new rig, developed a strong kinship with people I unfortuanately will never meet and met one person who I am proud to say is my friend( Whas up Greyfox!) Derek has taken the time to email me on issues way beneath him and has done so with class. Is he intolerant of stupidity or laziness? YES! can he be short or brusque? again yes! But the fact that a developer takes the time to answer my questions ( questions I might add that the average 12 y/o would know)impresses me greatly. I have learned a lot and have enjoyed the Gaming world because of these boards and I am greatly offended when someone implies they got a raw deal. IT JUST AINT SO! Laser brain , as they say in my old hood," You ain't got to go home , but you gotta leave hear, see you and I wouldn't want to be you"

I know the SC just chastised me for not creating a link , but I suck at that, sorry. Anyway I read in CNN. Entertainment section that the producers of X2 are interested in doing solo projects for some of the XMan characters and Hugh Jackman is all for a Wolverine movie as well. Wouldnt it be great to do a Wolvie in Japan film as Bruce from Aint it cool .com suggested, directed by Ringo Lam? The mind boggles!

I know I risk expulsion but I really don't get the whole Matrix thing. I saw the movie and enjoyed it but have no great need to see the sequel. Maybe i'm missing something but there are a few movies I am really hyped up to see and The Matrix aint one of em. Ah well to each his own.

If you laugh at me I will hunt you down and shave you bald....I dont know how to create a link. I've tried and just end up having the whole article reprinted in my post. I will accept tutorials from you oh great and glorius SC. -
While we are still discussing the superhero theme AICN has reported that Nicholas Cage, who has been linked to Superman and Ghost Rider projects , is in training to play Sub-Mariner , which is supposedly in pre-production. If any of you fan boys have heard this or can confirm it, please do so.

In an interview in Sci-Fi.com the director Bryan Singer mentioned having to cut three scenes, Wolverine in the Danger room, a flying scene with Angel and a scene involving the Sentinals. Maybe next time as all were cut from the script and may end up in X3.

The Actors name is A. Martinez and he has manitained his youthful appearance for quite awhile. He looked pretty much the same since he starred in the Cowboys with John Wayne in the mid 70's. He's probably in his early 40's.

Thats right $ilk! Bring on the frigging Sentinels!

Had the RARE opportunity to watch my own Home Entertainment rig.(DishDTV,Sanyo home theaterD5.1 Phillips DVD,Phillips SVHS-hifi,Magnovox 36"direct view screen ably controlled by my RCA touchscreen remoye commander w backlit LCD screen, self programmable) and saw some really cool stuff via my latest netflix delivery. Deep Space nine season 2 actually holds up better than SNG. I never was a big DS9 fan but after watching most of saeson two many of the episodes were on par with and surpassed SNG. The big surprise was a film called "Below" written by Darren Aronfsky(Pi)and late of the next Batman saga.Below is a horror story set on a WWII submarine that picks up survivors from a British hospital ship. I watched this late at night no lights with the Hometheater fully engaged. This movie creeped me out and had me looking over my shoulder. The combination of horror and the claustophobic feeling on submarine was quite effective. 7/10 DS9 7/10 [ 05-05-2003, 11:19 AM: Message edited by: Race Bannon IV ]

Some of you will not like this movie but I thought it was GREAT!!!!.New additions like Nightcrawler Iceman and Pyro were welcome. We even saw glimpses *Spoiler alert* of Collosus who looks like he is already the most kickass Xman. This film is darker and does a good job of showing the true scope of the X-Men's powers. We even get to see the ole "beserker rage" displayed. Better special effects, storylines that tie up some loose ends and a shocker of an ending make this one an 8.5/10. Truly worth leaving work early

I guess its beside the point to ask whether or not it is true. The Republicans made a big point to play up his "war record" and belittle Gore for having bodyguards in Vietnam. It is true no matter how good a job he did in Iraq he is a hypocrite

Let me see, no screen shots, no details , one playable race, and a game description that reads like it was an attempt to rip off BC without actually mentioning it. I'd say they are off to a great start! ...Look the more great games out there the better, but there's a reason they never remade Gone With the Wind, you don't F**k with a classic. The story line is different but everything else sounds like a clone attempt. Will it be a good one or will it come out like the goofy third clone in the movie Multiplicity who keeps calling Micheal Keaton "Steve"?

Hey SC what happened to Ghost Rider avatar?
-
Ditto , on the Odyssey. I loved every bit of it and I'm sad no one has ever did it justice on film. Didnt you just love the way he dealt with the suitors?

Howdy and welcome aboard.

The paper that reporter writes foris the pet project of the Scaife family here in good ole Pittsburgh, PA. It's editorial page is so conservative it makes the Washington Times seem like Ramparts or the Nation -
What about the part where Cleese slaughters the whole wedding party man women and child to rescue the damsel in distress, only to find a that the damsel was a man dressed in drag. "You've come to save me" he says to Cleese who replies "No need to jump to conclusions" That kills me everytime.
