I thought the finale was ok..not the best, but still ok. However, I also think that the finale left open a few untied ends, so to speak. For example, when Seven had to end communication with Neelix...Neelix responded that he'd get in touch with her at the usual time later. Now that Voyager is back home, how will he get in touch with it? What will go through his mind when he tries and doesn't get through to Voyager? Also, like someone else stated in one of the above posts, it would have been nice to see Voyager's actual homecoming to Earth. What will become of the Maquis crew on Voyager? Will they be charged with their "crimes" that they were committing when Voyager was first sent to capture them in the first episode? Or will Starfleet and the Federation pardon them with the good word of Captain Janeway and all that they have been through? Starfleet and the Federation will enjoy getting all the data collected by the Voyager in the Delta quadrant. Since it lies so far away, one would deduce that when the Federation finally gets a faster way of getting the the Delta quadrant for exploration, their data will be several years or even decades old. But at least, they'd have some idea of what to expect from some cultures and worlds that Voyager encountered. Plus, the Voyager's crew will have a lot to catch up on..after all they probably know very little of the Dominion-Federation war from the transmission they received from Starfleet. Another interesting point is that Voyager has returned to Earth with Federation technology from the future. One would surmise that Starfleet would start to outfit their vessels with the armor and torpedo technology to counter the Borg. Only problem is, that after ensuing encounters with the Borg, they will eventually adapt. The only way I think Starfleet would be able to keep ahead of the Borg is by continually refining that technology after each Borg encounter and refitting ships after each account to keep them from adapting. Only problem is that you can only refine technology so far...so eventually the Borg would become more powerful. Anyways, I'll get off my speculation box before I drive anyone crazy. It's all quite interesting really. With loose ends like these, I personally think that Paramount will produce Voyager films like the did with The Next Generation. Just my two cents. I read somewhere that a new Star Trek series is being planned. Supposedly, it takes place in the pre-Original Series years, when the Federation was still young. Anyone else hear about that?

The GalCom Academy used to have a good tutorial on upgrading your ship and an introduction to mining. Unfortunately, I just went to the the site and the tutorial was listed, but unable to be accessed. Perhaps someone has a copy of it that they'd be willing to email you. I would, but I don't have a copy of it anymore.

Again, I want to reiterate that I do believe we went to the moon. Yes, the ISS is interesting. Have any of you actually seen it streaking across the sky yet? On a sort of related subject, have any of you seen that special that was on television a few weeks back on debunking the United States' moon landing? Now, don't get me wrong, I'm a firm believer that we did land on the moon, but that show did get the old mind thinking...

Actually, Kush, it only cost $20.00. It was ok..although I don't think it was quite on par with the likes of Unreal Tournament and Quake 3. But on the other hand, its not like you wasting your money either. It is fun to play....and does come with a level editor and model editor. SC, it was NEVER my intention to tick you off with this. I basically just thought it was cool that your name was listed in the credits under the "Special Thanks" section. All I meant by saying you were immortalized is that being your name (or someone else with your name) was in the credits, it's nice to know that every Serious Sam CD will have your name there. Clear as mud? Again, it was NEVER my intention to use that word to mean any other thing. Perhaps you were one of the many others listed in the Special Thanks section such as Scott Miller and John Carmack that gave them incentive to complete Serious Sam. Wow, Vorpal..you are a genuine fan of Babylon 5! I never was hooked on it until the show was almost over. Then they started showing all the episodes on TNT..and I watched faithfully everyone everynight until the end of the series. I think it was several months of catching up! Anyways, Farscape is also a good show...took a bit to get into it, but once you do, it's great! Will definately have to pick up the DVDs for both series. Also, I'm a big fan of StarGate SG-1.
