I know we are of topic but Echo makes some good points that seem to have gone unanswered. Most Americans want a job and dont want a free ride. However they deserve the chance to make a living wage. Many of these 7.00$ positions use every tactic in the book to skirt job protection of any kind. If we as American have to learn to accept being second class citizens to be viewed as patriotic that's a tonic I'm unwilling to swallow. Meanwhile I have not seen many figure that indicate a decrease of upper management salaries in the corporate sector. The rich as they say get richer. That's one issue Bush won't flip flop on.

I have taken a well deserved break from this madness only to return to see the inmates are still running the asylum. So many anti Kerry threads. SC I cant beleive we are the only ones around here that recognize the brilliance of the Shield. I think it is the best cop show on TV period. Is Dutch a potential serial killer? (murdering a kitten?) is Acevedo going to be a Councilman or an inmate?Will Shane ever stop being so P***Y whipped? I just hope that the upcoming PC third person action title doesnt stain the TV series if it fails

Questions will be answered? I have many, this film was an effective piece of filmmaking though I am not sure I liked it. I did find myself involved in it and it illicited some very powerful responses and that is what film should do( as long as the response isnt to get the **** out of the theater) And it did stick with me days after I watched it. Pittsburgh has two orthree venues that would show this and I am vigilant in hoping it will surface somewhere.

Ditto I think episode two was good and opened up some possibilities surrounding the blending of the SG team and Tayla's people. Plus Tayla is hot! that never hurts. In regards to concerns about the wraiths power I think thier hibernation, thier long battle with the Ancients have resulted in them not being as powerful as they were, dude theyve been asleep for ten thousand years! Lets se how they work it out.

Does anyone watch tv but me these days. I'll try anything to avoid Law and order 56 or CSI: Podunk. Is anyone even remotely trying anything new and creative on TV? Well until the Lost debuts this fall I'll try this show on for size. Interesting primise executed with a little flair, though a little slow for my taste. What do you folks think?

Saw it liked it, not groundbreaking TV but better than the SG-1 pilot. I liked the original Dr. Weir from SG-1 a lot better. Shows a little promise I'll watch again.
