If you tell us beforehand as soon as you know you won't be able to make it, there's no penalty. You do not have to attend all on-line meetings, as long as you take part in some sort of fleet activity each month. Meetings and training sessions are usually arranged around individual members' schedules, so there are guaranteed to be some that you won't be able to make. Please post in the training pinboard thread the days and times (GMT) that you are generally available to meet online, and we'll see who we can pair you up with. Welcome aboard! You have been added to the fleet database. There are a couple of other litle formalities to sort out, like getting you set up with teamspeak, sorting out your new signature for these forums (see here for your new signature format) and please create a user account at ISS HQ so we can start giving you access to ISS classified documents.

Any day except Monday this coming week around 7-9pm GMT, earlier in the day than that is possible theoretically, but not reliable, and probably not very useful for you

OK, the league was moved over to www.bcfleets.net a while ago, but no-one fom Orion has signed up over there (the database entries were not carried over from galcom.net). Please correct this situation, so that you can take part. Either myself or Remo can create a team for Orion, but we can't create your individual accounts for you

They are extremely lethal in AWA.

I can't be sure, but my installation isn't in the default directory either.

1. go to your UCAWA install folder 2. find the file named 'settings' 3. open it in notepad 4. look up the section entitled application, it should read something like the following: [APPLICATION] Name=UNIVERSAL COMBAT A WORLD APART Location=D:Program Files3000ADUniversal Combat A World Apart After the Location= should be the folder where your game is installed (Mine's installed on drive D, yours might be in a different location) if it isn't, (I'm guessing it's reading Location=.) change it manually to your actual install location. 5. Save the file and exit, then retry using the updater. (It should work properly now, though it will download the file again in the process) Hope that fixes your problem (I got the same error myself until I performed the steps above, haven't had a problem using it since)

Kalshion, I have just discovered I'm going to be busy in the evening GMT of Saturday the 10th. We can either reschedule to Sunday the 11th of December at 7pm/8pm GMT or go for Saturday the 3rd (this coming Saturday) or 17th at 7pm/8pm GMT. Any of those times good for you?
