I'm playing BCM off and on... Duh. * Baldur's Gate 2:SoA for the first time. I'm on Chapter 7 so I think I'm almost done. * Freedom Fighters. Actually I just finished this game. Fun as hell but brief, and no multi. So you don't get to shoot 13 year old punks on line. * Playing the crap out of the 2 Call of Duty demos. Next up for me (pre-UC release): Call of Duty and Gothic 2. Both will be released in the US next week.

This sounds cool. If you are in an actiony mood, you can jump in the gunners seat and take control of the front lines. Or if you are in a simmy mood, you stay on the bridge. I like this.

Saw it in the theater back in April and liked it. Probably would have given it a 8/10. I rented the DVD over the weekend and watched it twice. It gets better each time you see it because you pick up on some of the subtle humor like pretty much everything Chuck says. Jack Nicholson raises the Adam Sandler schtick to a whole new level IMO. 9/10 Oh and it has the requisite hottie in Marisa Tomei. She's just so cute and cuddly in this movie because they don't show a b*tchy side that all females possess.

This is the wrong game to buy used sans manual. To answer your question, you will not find this manual online or any .pdf version anywhere.

I don't think there really is any news at this point. The online version is too far away for details. If you are interested in the series, I'd suggest picking up BCM Gold or wait for the UC demo which is due out soon.

I did a little experimenting. BTW, I'm running RC7. First, transporting pilots to a planet and back doesn't add the weapon back into their inventory even though they possess the weapon while on the planet (at least the character model shows it on his belt). Second, I assigned 2 pilots, one with a sidearm, the other without (I apparently needed to clone him at one point) to FC1,launched and ordered them to attack GalcomHQ. While cloning, the armed pilot still showed his sidearm (with ammo) in his inventory. After the cloning process completed, he was left with medpaks and nutripaks only. I also killed off one of my officers, with the same results, i.e. he was weaponless post-cloning.

I noticed this with my pilots at one time too. Before I forgot about it, I was going to try to transport them to a safe area on a planet and back to see if that added the sidearm back into their inventory. I was hoping they would be smart enough to grab a sidearm and ammo on the way to the transporter. edit: BTW, I do remember them resupplying themselves with a medpak and nutripak, just not the weapon and ammo. You should first get the RC7 patch and try again. The "multiplay" section of the VCF lists a huge number of issues addressed in this patch.

Looks great although it doesn't show up on any US retailers list. Not even gogamer. Anyone know when this is suppose to be released in the US? With UC due out this fall I suppose next spring is fine by me.
